Responsibilities:
• Deliver local and global marketing strategies for both Innovera and €2,5M seed invested company Atar Labs, that will result in driving business growth in Turkey, Europe, Americas and the Middle East.
• Design and execute 360 degrees local and global marketing campaigns in-line with our 30+ vendors for 80+ products and develop marketing materials accordingly.
• Establish the company's representation at industry events, both locally and globally, and conferences in close cooperation with our vendors.
• Work closely with cross-functional counterparts to ensure cohesion and scalability for advertising messaging, campaigns and product/service launches.

Key Achievements:
• End to end facilitation of Turkey's biggest cybersecurity event: Shield 2017 Cyber Security Conference with 900+ senior stakeholders from leading industries and bringing in 20 global sponsors, creating a unique marketplace for local cybersecurity industry.
• Created Brand Identity, Tone of Voice, online and offline presence for Atar Labs.
• Conducted US / Europe conference/event roadshow for Atar Labs, exhibiting at 5 key industry events.

Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities: 
• Create digital, social media and retention-based CRM strategies to drive brand of first choice of moms, throughout their 1000 days journey from pregnancy to toddler, for all brands as a part of the integrated communication plan.
• Develop and deliver creative digital campaigns in line with big brand idea owning a digital budget dimension over €500K.
• Managing a team of two, establish new customer touchpoints through innovation and digital ecosystem elements like web, CRM, mobile app, content, media and govern social media, listening and reputation management strategy.
• Dotted line reporting to the global digital team, implement global digital initiatives and deliver local best practices.

Key Achievements:
• Crafted & deployed a long-term Reputation Management Project and regained Aptamil and Milupa's online reputation back as before 2014, with legal initiatives by clearing out 500+ Web pages, 95% of GMO related branded content from the internet and social media.
• Relaunched new brand website for Bebelac, launched category 1st mobile native app for Aptamil.
• Renovated 3rd party Opex costs, reduced agency fee cost by 45%, technology costs by 50%.
• Initiated and governed CRM project. Optimized resources, defined KPI dashboards, operational, reporting processes and essential content strategy utilizing IT and brand teams.
• Defined business and technology needs and acquired 5 suppliers for CRM, Mobile, Email, Content & SEO Operations with full pitching, procurement and agreement process responsibilities.
• Established Live Chat as a new digital touchpoint and surpassed 1K contacts per month, at par with phone contacts.
• Enrolled to global social listening tool Radarly/Linkfluence with the in-house operation, resulted in more accurate reporting data with 63% cost saving.

Interactive Marketing Senior Associate Manager

Responsibilities: 
• Define digital and social media strategies for online and mobile assets of Vodafone Turkey, and execute these strategies with an end to end product lifecycle, along with the company’s ATL & BTL marketing roadmap with production budget responsibility for all business segments of Vodafone such as High Value, Mass, Youth, Enterprise and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
• Governance of corporate brand websites with focusing on content, SEO, customer experience and conversion of digital campaigns.
• Lead corporate email marketing process from defining the strategy to creative production, product offer, delivery, and measurement.
• Relationship management for Digital Creative, Content, Social Media, Conversation Agencies, and 3rd party technology suppliers, to deliver state of the art digital marketing and social media instruments such as display ads, rich media, campaign microsites, online videos and digital outdoors ensuring 7/24 monitoring & moderation for crisis and reputation management.
• Co-operate with the media team for briefing, assessing and revising digital media plans to ensure effective inventory production.
